Management Board and Supervisory Board of aleo solar AG unanimously support the voluntary public purchase offer by Robert Bosch GmbH. Management Board and Supervisory Board also want to emphasize the fact that the current share price at the stock market is well above the offered price and that shareholders therefore should consider to sell their shares on the stock market.
